I have three
outlets, and have been using QuickPrice
for around four years now. I am writing to thank you for the excellent
support I have received from you over this time.
I find it hard to believe that my business was able to operate efficiently
in the days before
QuickPrice.
My staff (non of whom are computer nerds) all appreciate its ease of use, and my customers - for some reason
- rarely question a computer generated price! Brilliant!!!
I have now started taking more advantage of the QuickPrice
Printout option, and I know that I will save the price of the program
within a year by not having to get pre-printed order books made up (an
Annual bill which always arrived about mid February)!
Even without this quite substantial saving, I reckon that at around 40
jobs per week, over a year, the program only costs about 15p per job. A
small price to pay for such consistent and accurate pricing!I am also most impressed
with the fact that whenever I have made a suggestion about the programme, it
seems to appear in the next upgrade. That's real customer support if you ask
me.

We
purchased the QuickPrice
program a year ago and it has hugely benefited our business. It is very
logical and clear, and even colleagues who are not especially computer
literate have found it easy to use.
We make the program visible to the customer so they can see the price
build up according to the specification they choose. We find that this
process is more persuasive than just presenting them with the total
price for the job - which can leave them wondering how it came to be
that amount. At the same time it is very easy to go back in to modify
the specification for the job, selecting a cheaper moulding, for
example, if they say the final price is more than they can afford.
The principle screen in QuickPrice
-PRICING- is far superior in my opinion, and much more user friendly
than other programs. From my experience they have many awkward features
when editing is required midway through a pricing session - often
requiring a complete re-entry!

Dear James,
Just a few lines to say how
pleased we are with the QuickPrice
program.
Having used it for a few months, we have found it very user friendly and
easy to operate.
On screen displays are clear, as are the data sections.
After sales support is excellent!
